Qualifications:

1. Willing to be placed in Mojoagung, Jombang
2. Educated at least S1 Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering.
3. Experienced in the chemical industry for at least 5 years
4. Understand ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 17025, 5R, Lean/Six sigma
5. Fluent in English
6. Have good leadership & communication skills
7. Have project management skills
8. Have MS Office skills

Ensure product development and quality assurance process is seamless to support business development & deliver customer satisfaction and meeting business target.

Job Description:

1. Supervise quality assurance process and laboratory activities to improve the effectiveness
2. Develop new/ modified product protocol and set up production quality standard in order to have effective quality assurance and meet the business target on new/ future products
3. Ensure quality standard customer is fulfilled by implementing customer quality requirement on the Standard Operating Procedure & evaluate and improve quality management system to meet customer quality standard/ audit
4. Management Representative on ISO activities to ensure quality standard are implemented effectively
5. Establish objectives and action plan on laboratory and quality assurance department to achieve zero product complain
6. Establish quality assurance system to meet standard ISO 17025 on laboratory management system
7. Working with production team to develop production process and standard including in line quality control and find improvement point to reduce cost & improve quality
8. Ensure safety in laboratory activities
