About the role

As an Accounting Supervisor at PT Lautan Natural Krimerindo, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the company's financial accounting and reporting processes. This full-time position is based in Mojosari, East Java, and will involve managing a team of accountants to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial records and statements.

What you'll be doing

1. Supervising and coordinating the work of the accounting team to ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner
2. Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements that comply with relevant accounting standards and regulations
3. Analysing financial data and providing insights to support decision-making by senior management
4. Implementing and maintaining effective internal controls to safeguard the company's assets
5. Liaising with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
6. Mentoring and developing the skills of the accounting team members
7. Contributing to the continuous improvement of the company's financial processes and procedures

What we're looking for

1. A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
2. At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a financial accounting environment
3. Strong knowledge of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (SAK) and tax regulations
4. Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
7. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of accountants
