ABOUT THE ROLE 

We’re looking for bold Store Managers ready to do more than just manage a store. This role is your launchpad to Regional Manager — leading multiple stores, driving business results, and shaping the future of the brand. 

You’ll run a high-volume store with excellence, mentor your Assistant Managers & Supervisors, and prove your ability to scale leadership across multiple locations. 

This is a fast-track leadership role, designed for those hungry to accelerate their careers and leave a lasting impact. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

• Run & Grow the Store – Own all store operations, from daily execution to long-term performance 
• Lead High-Performance Teams – Build, coach, and empower a team of 60+ crew members and assistant managers 
• Deliver Operational Excellence – Ensure food quality, hygiene, and service standards exceed expectations 
• Drive Business Results – Hit sales targets, control costs, manage inventory, and maximize profitability 
• Mentor Future Leaders – Develop Assistant Store Managers to be the next wave of store leaders 
• Solve Big Problems – Handle escalations, resolve conflicts, and create lasting solutions that drive efficiency 
• Fast-Track to Regional Manager – Follow an accelerated program that prepares you to oversee 5+ stores within a short timeframe 

YOU’RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU 

1. Hold a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor Degree (S1) from any major 
2. Have at least 2 years of proven success as a Store Manager in a high-volume fast-food brand 
3. Are experienced in managing large teams (60+ crew members) and assistant managers 
4. Have a sharp commercial mindset with strong cost management and P&L accountability 
5. Are results-driven, resilient, and thrive under high-pressure environments 
6. Are an inspiring leader who uplifts people and builds future leaders 
7. Are open to relocation across Java and willing to work in shifts 
8. Are ready to grow into a multi-store Regional Manager role
