We are a fast-growing company with active domestic and international expansion. We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead and execute our hiring strategy, ensuring the organization is supported by high-quality talent in a timely and efficient manner.
This role requires a hands-on professional who is accustomed to working fast, managing multiple recruitments simultaneously, and delivering results under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall recruitment function and hiring strategy across the company.
- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including manpower planning, job postings, sourcing, interviewing, selection, hiring, and onboarding.
- Partner closely with management and department heads to understand workforce needs and recruitment priorities.
- Conduct structured and behavioral-based interviews to evaluate candidates’ competencies, mindset, and cultural fit.
- Ensure recruitment documentation and employee admission records are accurate, complete, and compliant.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes to increase speed, quality, and effectiveness of hiring.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Human Resources, with strong specialization in recruitment.
- Demonstrated experience handling full recruitment cycles independently.
- Ability to work fast, decisively, and under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, behavioral event interviewing, and observation techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
