Procurement Import Assistant Manager PT Dua Kelinci

Job Description

1. Develop and execute sourcing strategies for food ingredients and raw materials from overseas suppliers.
2. ldentify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to improve cost competitiveness and supply reliability.
3. Conduct market analysis, price benchmarking and supplier risk assessment.
4. Maintain strong partnerships with key suppliers and continuously explore new sourcing opportunities.
5. Negotiate pricing payment terms, and supply agreements with suppliers.
6. Monitor shipment schedules and proactively resolve supply disruptions.
7. Ensure compliance with import regulations, customs requirements, and company management system standards.
8. Track procurement KPls, including cost savings, supplier performance, and delivery reliability.

Qualifications

1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Managemen, Logistics, International Business, Industrial Engineering or related field, certified as professional in sourcing & procurement is preferred.
2. Minimum 7-8 years ofexperience in handling Import/ Procurement/ Supply Chain of raw materials within the food industry (FMCG experience is an advantage).
3. Strong understanding of import regulations and logistic processes.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for data monitoring and reporting).
5. Fluent in English and Mandarin (both spoken and written).
6. Strong communication and coordination skills.
7. Able to work under deadlines and pressure, honest, accurate, and detail-oriented.
8. Proactive in problem solving and risk monitoring.
9. Willing to be placed in Surabaya.
