Key Responsibilities :

  1. Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  2. Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, importers, and key business partners in international markets.
  3. Expand market presence and drive business growth across assigned regions.
  4. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, consumer trends, and competitive activities.
  5. Responsible for achieving sales targets of existing products and New Product Launches (NPL) in assigned export markets.
  6. Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and provide regular business reports to management.
  7. Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  8. Participate in international trade exhibitions, business meetings, and market visits.
  9. Ensure compliance with export regulations, product registration requirements, and international trade standards.

Requirements :

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related fields.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Export Sales, International Business Development, or Key Account Management within FMCG, preferably snack food or food manufacturing industries.
  3. Proven track record of developing export markets and achieving sales growth targets.
  4. Strong network with distributors, importers, and international trade partners.
  5. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  6. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  7. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  8. Willing to travel internationally as required.
  9. Placement : Surabaya
