Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, importers, and key business partners in international markets.
- Expand market presence and drive business growth across assigned regions.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, consumer trends, and competitive activities.
- Responsible for achieving sales targets of existing products and New Product Launches (NPL) in assigned export markets.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and provide regular business reports to management.
- Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in international trade exhibitions, business meetings, and market visits.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, product registration requirements, and international trade standards.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Export Sales, International Business Development, or Key Account Management within FMCG, preferably snack food or food manufacturing industries.
- Proven track record of developing export markets and achieving sales growth targets.
- Strong network with distributors, importers, and international trade partners.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Willing to travel internationally as required.
