Construction Site Team Leader PT REKAYASYAA UTAMA INDONESIA

Construction Site Team Leader Position Description: 

Responsible for project site construction progress, personnel deployment, construction quality, and safety supervision, ensuring the project is constructed according to the plan and completed on time. 

Main Responsibilities: 

1. Manage and coordinate construction site workers (e.g., masons, carpenters, welders, etc.) 
2. Follow up on project progress to ensure adherence to construction drawings 
3. Record daily construction logs and report on site conditions 
4. Communicate with the project manager, materials handler, and designers 
5. Ensure site safety and ensure workers wear appropriate protective equipment (APD) Control material usage to prevent waste 
6. Assist with additional construction tasks such as steel structure installation, glass and aluminum assembly 

Job Requirements: 

1. High school degree or above (architecture major preferred) At least 3 years of project construction or site management experience 
2. Familiarity with construction drawings and basic construction processes 
3. Excellent leadership and communication skills 
4. Ability to adapt to project assignments and live in on-site dormitories 
5. Work diligently, be hardworking, and be compliant
